These Terms of Use apply to Sudoku: Sharp Minds Game (the “App”), provided by Aleksei Samsonov (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms describe the conditions for using the App.

Please read these Terms before using the App. If you do not accept them, do not use the App. Provider details are available in our Impressum. The App’s data practices are described in its Privacy Policy.

Subject to these Terms, STAWD grants you a limited, personal, and non-exclusive license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control for personal, non-commercial use. The license is non-transferable except where applicable law or the rules of the platform from which you obtained the App provide otherwise. The App is licensed, not sold.

STAWD and its licensors retain all rights in the App, including its software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials, except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms.

You must use the App lawfully and in accordance with the rules of the platform from which you obtained it. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App; remove proprietary notices; interfere with its operation; or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from it, except where applicable law expressly permits this.

Some functionality depends on your device, operating system, network connection, and third-party platform services. Your mobile or internet provider may charge you for connectivity or data usage.

We may provide updates, security fixes, compatibility changes, or other changes to the App. You may need to install updates to continue using the App or to keep it compatible with your device. We may suspend or discontinue the App where reasonably necessary for legal, security, operational, or product reasons.

The App is distributed through third-party app stores and uses third-party services. Those providers may impose their own terms and privacy notices. STAWD does not control third-party networks, platforms, or services and cannot guarantee their availability. This does not limit any responsibility that applicable law places on STAWD for the App itself.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or end your use of the App if necessary to protect the App, other users, or our services, or if you materially breach these Terms, subject to applicable law. When your license ends, you must stop using the App and remove it from your devices.

We are responsible in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by your device, network provider, app store, or other third-party service.

We may update these Terms when the App, our operations, or applicable law changes. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page. Where applicable law requires individual notice or agreement, we will provide it before the relevant change takes effect.
